iPhone appWe’ve all been there, you’re driving down the road looking for the perfect new home, and you find one for sale only to see that there’s no flyer. Or, maybe you’re curious as to what your next door neighbor’s home just sold for. Either way, a new free app, HomeSnap, can tell you almost everything you want to know with just one click.

Using HomeSnap, you can use your smartphone to take a picture of the home you want more information on. Based on that picture, the app can tell you the home’s value, date of the last sale, price of the last sale, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, lot size and information on the local schools. For homes that are currently for sale, the app pulls real-time data from the Multiple Listing Service including the list price, pictures of the interior and complete listing details.

While this app is currently only available for Apple iOS, it will soon be available on the Android market. Sawbuck Realty, an online real estate broker, is the company behind this tech-friendly home information app.

Next time you’re in the market for a new home or just want to satisfy your curiosity, you’ll be able to do so right from the palm of your hand!

mRELEVANCE, the leading national Internet marketing, social media and public relations firm has done it again! The new Acadia Homes website has a few cool new features that make it VERY easy for a visitor to find what they want, and quickly.

The first and most significant tool is the advanced search feature. You’ll find this through the ‘Find Your New Home’ tab in the main website navigation. This advanced search allows visitors to select and deselect search criteria by using checkboxes. The user experience is seamless as the results display in real-time as the selections change. Because of how the site was built, it does not take a lot of internal resources to power this search…meaning that the site still loads quickly and demonstrates good performance measures. Measures that are becoming more and more important as Google and the other search engines update their ‘relevance algorithms.’ Visit the Acadia Homes Advanced Search page and see this cool feature.

A second cool feature of the site is the Google Map integration and connectivity to the database display of the communities. Mouse over the Acadia Homes Community Map and watch the list of communities below change. Alternatively, you can mouse over the list and see on the map which community you are highlighting. Pretty cool stuff.

mRELEVANCE builds advanced websites that are optimized for the search engines, along with fully functional premium blogs. Don’t let yourself get confused by companies offering less expensive blogs or websites. Typically these imitations don’t come with fully functional search engine optimization, social media integration or usability enhancements for the site visitors. How can you possibly expect to get any Return on Investment from a site built without SEO?  Isn’t it better to spend a little more initially and make sales then spend less and waste time? Contact mRELEVANCE to get results.
