The E-Incentive offers the first 200 Realtors who “like” the S&A Homes corporate Facebook page a $10 Sheetz gift card.

It is simple to enter to win a $10 Sheetz gift card:

  1. Realtors must log into their Facebook account
  2. Realtors should “like” the S&A Homes’ corporate page
  3. Realtors are then asked to post one thing they love about S&A Homes
  4. After the first 3 steps a S&A Homes representative will contact them directly to mail them their gift card.

Competition Heats Up Between HBAs

social media competitionWe are standing at the sidelines ready to cheer on Home Builders Associations across the U.S. as they compete to win a free hands-on social media seminar from Carol Flammer, author of the 2010 best selling NAHB BuilderBooks “Social Media for Home Builders: It’s Easier Than You Think.

In the four hour Social Media Lab, Carol will teach the basics of social media including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Blogging.

BuilderBooks launched the Social Media for Home Builders Contest at the Executive Officers Council convention. So far, more than 25 HBAs have registered. The rules are pretty simple, sell the most copies of “Social Media For Home Builders: It’s Easier Than You Think” and win the seminar.

You haven’t missed out on the competition yet, it is just starting to heat up.  HBAs must register at www.nahb.org/socialmedia by Aug. 20 to compete.

Can Social Media Sell Homes?

Does social media sell homes? In fact does it sell anything?  Social media builds relationships and effective social media marketing creates a bigger funnel for leads and increases traffic. Your highly trained sales team is responsible for actual sales.  At least that’s how I think it still works! Please comment and let me know your opinion.
